Bob and Karen Haskin started ZIP Trophy in 1974 in Morton Grove, Illinois as a trophy and engraving store. Soon after customers started asking about promotional items which they began supplying and we became ZIP Specialties, Inc. Moving to a larger facility in 1987 in Wheeling, ZIP was able to grow with technology for imprinting and engraving.

ZIP is now run by Bob and Karen's son Robert and his wife Amy. ZIP has state of the art color imprinting in house as well as laser engraving/marking and computer engraving machines. ZIP has continued to grow and moved into a larger and more modern showroom and production facility in Crystal Lake in 2015. 

We have increased our offerings to include even more promotional items, wearable items and current awards. We stay up to date on market trends and help customers focus their projects to what will work best.
